About me

I have been working as a software developer since 2018. During that time, I have worked on enterprise-class systems for large organizations in Poland and abroad, as well as on custom web applications, e-commerce platforms, and systems supporting internal business processes.

I gained experience, among other things, working on systems for leading Polish telecommunications companies and on a nationwide system for the Danish public sector used by hundreds of thousands of users. In projects of this scale, scalability, data consistency, and system reliability were of critical importance.

In 2022, I joined WebProfessor, where I currently serve as Co-Founder & CTO, responsible for application architecture, technology selection, development processes, and the technical quality of our implementations.
At WebProfessor, I have participated in over 20 projects of varying complexity for clients in Poland, Europe, and the U.S.- ranging from individual backend services to extensive ecosystems combining websites, client-facing applications, internal systems for employees, and integrations with external services.

My main areas of expertise are backend architecture based on Spring Boot, e-commerce using Medusa.js, and frontend development with Next.js. I focus particularly on system integrations, scalability, and AI integrations in business applications.

I hold a degree in computer engineering - I graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology.

How I approach projects

I believe that a good backend is the foundation that enables the entire system to scale for years to come. Technology is a tool - I choose it based on the product’s needs, not the other way around.

My approach is based on three pillars: understanding business processes, good architecture, and code quality. Before we start development, I want to know how the system is supposed to work today and how it can grow alongside the company.

Good architecture should make it easy to add new features, integrations, and processes without having to constantly rebuild the system.

The best architecture is one that works no matter how the business changes.

  • Bonapi Training Center - a dedicated platform integrating a website with a system that manages clients, training, and the company’s internal processes.
  • MedBill - an internal web application for the OpenMed Medical Center, supporting billing processes and the team’s day-to-day operations.
  • OpenMed Recepty - an online service connected to a dedicated platform for doctors and integrated with the P1 and ZUS systems.
