Project goal and starting point
We started working together when the client approached us with the need to create a new website — the previous website was no longer meeting the expectations of either sales effectiveness or aesthetics.
The main goal was to build a modern website that would maximize the effectiveness of marketing activities, especially Google Ads campaigns. The client wanted the website to effectively support sales and guide users from the first contact to the decision to lease.
One of the key elements of the new website was the extensive car search module — integrated with two external APIs, allowing the presentation of available cars along with dynamic lease calculation.
Parallelly, there was a need to unify the visual identity and strengthen the brand’s image — so that the website was consistent, professional, and built trust from the first glance.
Analysis and design process
At the start of our collaboration, we held workshops with the ClickLease team, during which we developed the structure of the website and the information architecture. Our goal was to design the user journey in a clear way, so that it effectively presented the offer and led to conversions.
During the workshops, we selected key features that would support marketing activities — including the leasing calculator, offer comparator, blog with SEO content, and a sophisticated contact form system that allowed for easy lead capture.
We also analyzed the available APIs for car suppliers with which the website was to be integrated. Based on this, we designed a system that on the backend combines and unifies data from multiple sources and then makes it available to the website in a standardized way through its own API. One of the biggest challenges was the synchronization of offers — that’s why we implemented a nightly process of automatic synchronization, which daily updates the database of available cars.
Technology selection
We used a modern technology stack based on Gatsby.js, which provides fast page loading, excellent conditions for SEO, and the ability to easily scale the website in the future.
As the content management system, we implemented headless WordPress, which, after proper configuration, not only manages blog and informational content but also serves as a universal backend. It handles the integration of APIs, stores data about cars, manages the synchronization process, and provides communication with the frontend of the website.
The website was deployed on the LiteSpeed server, and for security and performance, we used Cloudflare with an active CDN and properly configured security.
We also implemented a precise set of analytical tools that allows tracking conversions and user behavior in a way compliant with GDPR — supporting further optimization of marketing campaigns.
Final results
The website we built fully achieved the goals set at the beginning of the project — both in terms of sales effectiveness and building a consistent brand image.
The website allowed ClickLease to modernize its visual identity and present a wide range of leasing offers in a clear and orderly manner. Thanks to the implemented features — such as the calculator, comparator, or car browser — the website significantly increased its effectiveness. The conversion rate increased by 86.67%, which directly translated into better sales results and higher return on advertising campaigns.
The new website also had a significant impact on visibility in Google — in just 5 months since the launch, we recorded an increase in organic traffic of 2169%.
The website architecture was designed with future development in mind — the service scales well and allows for easy implementation of new modules, such as the integration with the YouTube channel, which the client began actively developing.

What’s next?
Our collaboration with ClickLease has always had a long-term character — today we play the role of a reliable technological partner supporting the development of the service and ensuring its stability and effectiveness in the context of technical maintenance and support.
Thanks to close cooperation and mutual trust, we are not only involved in maintaining the website but also in planning and implementing further improvements.
Over the years, the website was repeatedly expanded and adapted to changing business and marketing requirements. We performed, among others, a migration to new API providers, implemented additional features, and supported the ClickLease team in areas beyond the service itself — such as managing DNS servers or ensuring the security of email systems.
We coordinate all activities together during regular status meetings, which allow us to react and plan further development effectively.
Conclusion
This project once again confirmed how important a well-designed, flexible website is for the effectiveness of sales and marketing — especially in industries that are constantly evolving, such as automotive and finance.
The implementation of a website with features that truly support purchase decisions of users — from the car browser, through calculators, to integrations with APIs — not only increased the conversion rate but also significantly improved the effectiveness of marketing and SEO activities.
